SITE HISTORY and UPGRADE STATUS
In keeping with its subject matter, it was felt that a certain degree of gravitas was appropriate in the design of this site, and some measure of sophistication is assumed of its visitors.. The sole concession to vulgarity consists of the unobtrusive pictures at the foot of each page - which anyone who has peeped through the 'keyhole' of a valuable old fiddle will instantly recognise.
